UPS Red Label (Next Day) Must Be Weighed If you want your package shipped UPS Red Label (Next Day), UPS Blue Label (2 Day Service) your order must be placed by noon of that day to ensure your package will be processed and shipped that day. Any time after that time the package will go out with the next day business day. The handling fee is $2.00.
If your package arrives opened, or sounds as if items are broken inside, please do not accept the package. This way UPS will take it back and your order can be replace quickly.

TANNEN'S RETURN POLICY! If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to replace it. Simply call our customer return dept. at (212) 929-4500 to receive a return authorization number. We will have the defective product picked up and a new one shipped out to you at no extra cost. We do ask that you notify us within one week of the day you receive the defective item. If, however, the damage appears to have been caused during shipping, you must call your local UPS office. A UPS representative will come to look at the product and the box it was shipped in to file a claim. This will insure that you receive a brand new product as quickly as possible. remember, if you have any questions, please call us!
