Bounce No Bounce Balls

The two balls look the same but behave very differently.

Two black rubber balls look and feel the same, but try bouncing them. One rebounds in a most lively manner while the other ball is as bounce-less as a piece of clay. The secret is in the type of rubber used to make the ball. One ball absorbs the energy while the elastic material in the other ball makes it bounce.
