The Linking Finger Rings has always been one of magic’s most intimate effects - borrowing something personal and creating an impossible moment right in a spectator’s hands. Nova Rings finally delivers a version that feels as clean, modern, and effortless as the effect deserves.

Created by Carisa Hendrix (the mind behind the beloved character Lucy Darling), Nova Rings was born from years of frustration with existing methods. The goal was simple: eliminate the compromises. The result is the most visual, practical, and deceptively natural finger ring routine available.

Three rings are borrowed. Two link instantly with a gentle squeeze. The third visibly joins them with a tap. Then, just as cleanly, the rings melt apart - one returned immediately, the final unlink happening slowly in the spectator’s own hand. No awkward positions. No suspicious moves. Just clear, impossible magic that happens inches from the audience.

What makes Nova Rings truly special is the engineering. The rings are precision-built to allow links and unlinks that were previously impractical, while maintaining a profile indistinguishable from modern metal and fitness rings. They look exactly like what spectators already wear, removing any sense of a “magic prop” and making switches virtually invisible.

Each set includes three gimmicked rings and matching ungimmicked rings in black, gold, and silver, along with a custom case designed for both transport and performance. You’ll also receive in-depth video instruction from Carisa, including history, handling, and multiple live performances across different venues - showing how adaptable this routine truly is.

The design is inspired by Pete Biro’s legendary Ghostly Finger Rings, used with permission from the Joe Porper Estate, and refined into a complete, accessible system that any performer can use confidently.
