Hammanesque is a fantastic effect based on an effect from Brother John Hamman. A card is thought of by the spectator, and the spectator writes down the selection on a piece of cardboard, paper plate, etc. He then places that piece onto another. When the cardboard or plate is lifted, the spectator finds his or her card sitting on top of the plate or board. A very unique and clever effect and method.
